Beta-Alanine-SR

Beta Alanine is our interval and sprint training partner (amino acid) of choice. During intense exercise when lactic acid builds in the muscles, Beta Alanine counters this acid by aiding in the production of carnosine, which neutralizes pH in the muscles.

Carnosine is naturally lower in women, vegetarians and declines with age. Beta Alanine increases muscle capacity and allows you to push yourself to the next level. If you are training hard and looking for incremental ways to get ahead, this is the supplement for you!

It is an especially powerful tool for anaerobic efforts lasting 1-4 minutes or aerobic exercise lasting longer than 4 minutes. 

 

HOW WE USE IT

Take 1-2 tablets once or twice daily or as recommended by your performance specialist.
