How Does New Mood REALLY Work?

This supplement consists of a combination of L-Tryptophan, 5-HTP, Magnesium, Vitamin B3 and B6. Where’s the serotonin at? Well, all these ingredients work together to stimulate serotonin production in the body. I know, you might have just thought that you can supplement with the hormone serotonin. Sadly it doesn’t work that way, however, supplementing with precursors to serotonin production has been proven to be most efficient!

How We Use It:

We like to take 1 packet in the morning with 8 oz of cold water to reduce stress, or one packet at night for an uplifting sleep! We do not recommend exceeding 2 packets a day.
