Matt’s take: This is one of the new products I use almost every night. Since I first got product samples in the Fall of last year, I don’t think I missed more than a few nights without drinking PILLAR before bed. It’s simple. I simply sleep better every night when I drink it before bed.

In my case, I can get mild leg discomfort that wakes me up. It could be the night after a hard workout, but I also get it on rest days. Sometimes, even more on rest days.
